Traincraft fuel compatibility for Immersive Engineering (and now for Arcane Engineering too).

Added changes:

TC - Traincraft, IE - Immersive Engineering, AE - Arcane Engineering

• You can use TC fuels in IE drill.
• You can use TC fuels in IE generators.
• You can fill TC canisters in IE bottling machine.
• You can use TC fuels in AE impulse boots (more specifically, you can use all drill fuels for impulse boots).
• You can see current fuel name in IE drill in tooltip.
• You can see current fuel name in AE impulse boots in tooltip.
• Fixed different fuel filling in IE drill.
• Fixed different fuel filling in AE impulse boots.
