TLC Economy adds Economy to you gameplay that you can chose to affect your gameplay or not. TLC Economy besides Cash items adds a few other things like a new armor and more items. Although it doesn't affect your gameplay in any way and you cannot use the money without creative mode being used since you can only get money in the creative tab. You can create the armor though but its just a bit better than an iron armor.
