Each block of titanium you mine will yield raw titanium.

To turn raw titanium into an ingot, you must heat it in a furnace

If you have 9 raw titaniums , you can turn them into 1 raw titanium block from the crafting table.

Also, if you have 9 titanium ingots, you can turn them into 1 titanium block.
