This mod brings back 1.7.10 Auto Repair to Tinkers Construct.
Max Auto Repair level is 3, each level drains 1 modifier slot.
The following options are configurable:
* Double repair in sun
* Double repair in rain
* How often the tool/armor should be repaired, once every x gameticks
* Base repair value
Default value is 2, formula is (2 + mossyLevel) * (2 if sun/rain is enabled)
* Whether or not experience should be drained to repair
* How much experience should be drained each repair
