This mod was built purely for using within the Chronos modpack. It replaces the Fossils and Archeology Revevival (unusable) Time Machine item drop with an Enchanted Bone Wand from the Prehistoric Nature mod, meaning that when you kill Anu you get a working "time-machine-like item".
Outside of the context of that modpack it probably isn't any use to you, unless you also have both Fossils and Archeology and Prehistoric Nature and you would like the same item swappage to take place.
