The Timber Framing Mod adds like the name suggests Timber Framing to Minecraft.
They can be used for decoration purposes. The idea is based of buildings mostly popular in Europe.
If you're keen, feel free to install the mod and try it out! I'd be very happy about any feedback.

Added Blocks

The Mod adds a lot of different combinations of wooden material and different blocks to the game. For all combinations there are 4 different shaped blocks.

Crafting

The Crafting Recipes work all in a similar way. You place the planks in the way shown and add the additional material. All the recipes are also shown in the recipe book and in mods like JEI.
