the first item this mod adds is the Ω wand, it opens a gui with toggles for stopdeath and noclip
the second item is the Corminium Sword when you right or left-click with the item it kills the entitys in front of the user (it has a range of ~50 blocks)
this mod adds the command /kill2 that kills most entitys that are immune to /kill
