There are Item and Mob Spawners in 6 different tiers: wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond, obsidian
Item Spawners: Spawns Items
Mob Spawners: Spawns the Mob on redstone signal (this might change)
Telsa Block: Spawns lighting on redstone signal
Redstone Clock: Emits a redstone signal that turn on and off
TNT Spawner: Spawns tnt below it when the redstone signal is off
Poison Cloud: Poisons anyone who enters the cloud can even kill mobs that are immune to poison.
Packing Box: Stores Items, how you put items into it is importing by Hopper or item pipes from other mods.
