Tiered Hoppers

Adds three new tiers of hoppers:

• Gold Hoppers have 9 inventory slots and can transfer 5 items per second.
• Diamond Hoppers have 27 inventory slots (same as a chest) and can transfer 10 items per second.
• Netherite Hoppers have 54 inventory slots (same as a double chest) and can transfer 20 items per second (one item per tick).

What means Verified?
