In if this mod is not made to be published somewhere, but I need to publish it,
this mod needs CustomNPCS (just to show a way to get the weapons, armor and tools)
if not, only in creative would you get the weapons, armor and tools.
You could find another way but this is easier and faster.

Bredat Brute
the bredat brute is a new mineral, the mineral is used to trading him (with CustomNPCS)
to get a new Armor, Tools and a powerful weapon, he caracteristic color is yellow.
the way to get it is in the overworld is in the lader 9 / 10
Vurthorium
The Vurthorium is a mineral that is used to craft a new ore that make a super op armor and weapon,
the way to get it is in the nether, in lader 9 / 8
Turvithium
The Turvithium is the second part of the Vurthorium, is used to craft a new ore,
the way to get this ore is in the overworld in the lader 9 / 8.
