Adds Multi-Tiered Repair Toolkits
Level 1: Repairs One Durability of One Item every 4 seconds.
Level 2: Repairs Two Durability of Two Items every 3 seconds.
Level 3: Repairs Three Durability of All Items every 2 seconds.
Level 4: Repairs Four Durability of All Items every 1 second. Gives Player Haste, Speed, Luck, and Strenght while Enabled.
Right-Click with the item in hand to toggle enabled.
