The mod will allow you to restricted the mod display of The One Prode on the GUI
To add restrictions, you have to use CraftTweaker. There are one script methods available.
mods.topstages.TOPStages.setStage(String stage) - Replace the stage string with the name of the stage. This will then make it so players require that stage to view the The One Prode HUD
