.Jennamite (a sugary and edible crystal)(can be rarely found in large masses of the blue crystals, found where ice would normaly be)
. Cactus Juice (It'll Quench ya!)
.Tea varients for both Jennamite and Cactus Juice
.Tea seeds (found by breaking grass)
.Coffee bush (found by breaking jungle leaves and vines)
The cooking diary is this mod's guide book, it is given to the player when they join the world for the first time.
