Adds 5 Rods with diffrent powers: with empty, gold, netherite, command block and grass block.
Also adds new recipes for command block and new item...
what every rod does:

- gold deals 6 damage
- netherite deals more damage than gold and slows you a bit
- command allows you to acces secret menu by right clicking
- grass allows you to fly and makes you overpowered
