The stalker's functions:
The mob will set a timer from 8 to 10 minutes and when the timer goes out the mob spawns. It will spawn 20 blocks in front of you on the X axis. The mob will regularly emit cave noises. When looked at, it will spawn a spotted variant that can dissapear or chase. When it's in chase mode it can break torches and destroy crops. If he gets too close he can cooldown your shield (and any new shield crafted after) for 1 hour each tick, making the cooldown an exxagerated amount of time and rendering any shield crafted on the same playthrough useless. You can avoid this if you don't hold the shield while being chased by the dweller (it can stay just fine on your hotbar). When he dissapears, he gives you a "Fear" effect that can randomly play spüük sounds.
This mod has AI built completely from scratch, so it is NOT a dweller reskin.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MOD DOESN'T WORK IN MULTIPLAYER
