Simply equip a banner in the cape slot, or craft a banner cape item (which comes with some decoration options).
Supports all banners and patterns.
Since the new Update Collar and Nubbin Materials are Data Driven(can be added via Data Pack) therefore please use REI(Roughly Enough Items) for Recipes.
