Thai Fix

Make Thai language in Minecraft looks better by shifting Thai Unicode characters into right place.

This mod also compatible with Optifine.

Note: This mod maybe discontinued since in 1.13+, resourcepack can solve the Thai language problem without any mods (Resourcepack is still in development.).
