Broken Bones: Taking fall damage will shatter your legs, making you walk like a snail and unable to jump.
Edema: Drowning will make your lungs weak, making it hard to breathe underwater and run.
Scorched Flesh and Frostbine: Extreme tempuratures will sear your body, making it harder to exert yourself.
Of course, with injury comes medicine, and there are plenty of options to patch yourself up, from bandages made of string and leaves, to first aid kits and pills!
