Adds Tetra support for all ten upgrade types from Upgraded Netherite.
Currently available for 1.16.5. 1.18 and 1.19 ports are in the works.
'Netherite Runes' is now an improvement that can be applied to Tetra tools (of any material). You can even apply two different upgrades to a double-headed tool to have both take effect! Upgrades can be replaced by one another or removed entirely. Tool butts and right-sided pickaxes can have 'aesthetic runes' added for visual effect; these do not cost durability or have any effects.
Ultimate netherite is available if that add-on is installed.
All Upgraded Netherite configuration options apply to modular items with these improvements and are dynamically reflected in items' tooltips.
All upgrades have a visual effect customized to the tool part - every Tetra module has custom textures.
The purely visual 'sooted' improvement can now be applied using coal or charcoal. This allows you to make handles look more appropriately netherite-themed.
All types of Upgraded Netherite have been renamed for the improvements. If you want to extend these names to regular Upgraded Netherite items as well, use the Upgraded Netherite Renames resource pack. The names are as follows:

Enderite - Voidwalker Netherite
Featherite - Skyseeker Netherite
Blazerite - Magmatic Netherite
Golderite - Gilded Netherite
Phanterite - Phantasmal Netherite
Spiderite - Vile Netherite

Witherite - Blighted Netherite
