- Nearby Blocks
- Food Consumption
- Potions
- Some New Items
(Hand Warmers, Ice Packs)
- Insulating Enchantment 
(Chestplate Enchantment)

Stiffness - Slowness, Mining Fatigue
Frost Bite - Damage over time (similar to poison)
If you temperature exceeds health levels you can experience-
Exhaustion - Slowness, Nausea
Heat Stroke - Damage over time (similar to poison0
