Teleportal

Adds a Teleporter block that acts just like Ender Pearl stasis chambers

How it works:

Right click it with an Ender Pearl to charge it

If the Teleportal gets redstone power, it will teleport the player who put an Ender Pearl in it

(can't be charged if it's already redstone powered)
