you can trade 64 emerald blocks to the wandering trader for 1 barrier and can do all sorts of things with that barrier! like place it, cry about where you placed it, put it in front of your friend's door, turn it into armor, make a bathroom, trap your friend, trap yourself, cry about wasting all of your emeralds, forge a godly weapon unlike the world has ever seen before, and actually I think thats about it. if you can find more things to do with it then that means that you are very smart! ok have fun with invisible bedrock.
