Supreme Laser

Description

Adds a laser that is way faster than the BuildCraft laser. The new laser stores max java int power and can output max java int power per tick. Max java int is about 2.14 Trillion. You can just watch those chipsets roll in :).

Please don't ask permission to put this mod in a modpack. Just putting it in a mod pack makes me happy.
