There is right now one gamerule called "BlockCraft" which when activated changes a lot in the gameplay. For example blocks get placed around the player when clicking in the air or sleeping. And you can also write in the chat and get help by "glitch"... But don't overdo your luck or he gets upset.
More gamerules plus more crazy gameplay features will come.
