Stobalt ore can be found between layers 11 and 20 in the Overworld. You get raw Stobalt when mining it, which you can then smelt to make Stobalt gems. With this, you can make tools and weapons as well as a block of Stobalt that can be used for decoration or just to show off because this ore is very rare.
