There is currently an issue with immersive petroleum and mods that load before immersive petroleum, as these will prevent the immersive petroleum oil from becoming the primary liquid. This causes problems with textures in modded tanks, and apparently also crafting recipes and buckets picking up and placing oil fluid.
This is an empty mod container that loads before buildcraft and galacticraft, but after immersive petroleum.
This means that the load order must hence be immersive petroleum -> this mod -> buildcraft, galacticraft
This furthermore means that Immersive Petroleum will load before other mods that have oil, ensuring that its oil becomes the primary oil, resolving the above mentioned issues.
