Think minecarts are too slow? This mod is for you, as minecart speed will increase by 25%, and the water slowdown will be removed. This means that you can build underwater minecart tracks at full speed!
I would have made it even faster, but 25% is the fastest I can make it without minecarts derailing or breaking.
