I was looking for a mod that would provide a unique spawn point for each player as they log in. There was nothing to be found anywhere. I decided to give making this mod a try. I discovered, while it may not be perfect, it works sufficiently to create a unique world spawn point for any player as they log in to the server.
Features:
- each player has a unique world spawn
- locations are selected randomly from a 30,000 block radius (15000 to -15000 in both directions)
- detects a location that is spawnable (should not place you underwater, in the middle of the ocean, or underground)
- the system records your world spawn location and the new location works exactly like the default world spawn for for each individual player
This is in BETA. There is no guarantee it will work flawlessly. However, there are plans to make it more configurable in the future if it gains enough traction.
