Spawnable allows configuring spawns for any entity within Minecraft. Just type /spawnable edit, and it allows you to configure mob spawning for each biome! I am going to add more features to this mod later :P
Easy customization for modpack creators in config/spawnable.nbt -- Ignore the ID tag, you don't have to modify it (it's for internal use).
