Spawn House

This mod adds a new gamerule called spawn starter house, if set to true it will spawn a very basic house.

The house contains the following:

• 4 torches to keep the house lit so its prevents mobs from spawning inside
• 1 big chest
• 1 red bed
• 2 furnaces
• 1 crafting table
