Description:
Solphyte is an experimental tech mod built around interaction, integration, and discovery. Solphyte explores new ways of transforming materials through active processes (mini-games) and harnessing energy in unconventional forms. You will notice that there seems to be some thematic systems in the mod, and they are aimed to feel distinct yet interconnected, encouraging experimentation and cross-mechanic synergy rather than isolated progression tiers. (For example, machines eventually benefiting from plants, and vice versa.)
Philosophy:
The vision behind Solphyte is to create a world where technology grows organically. The mod focuses on cohesion between its systems and introducing concepts, mechanics and tools not commonly found elsewhere.

Solphyte is in very early development. It was released for the CurseForge ModJam 2025, which served as the initial motivator to bring the project to life.
Many features are prototypes or placeholders at this stage, but active development will continue beyond the jam, expanding its systems and refining its vision into a fully realized, integrative tech experience.
