Soil Stairs (and Slabs)

For Fabric 1.15

Adds stairs and slabs for dirt, course dirt, grass, grass path, mycelium, and podzol.

All six varieties of stairs and slabs can be crafted in the usual way. In addition, grass and mycelium will spread to dirt stairs and slabs, and grass stairs and slabs can be converted to grass path stairs and slabs by right-clicking with a shovel. Coarse dirt stairs and slabs can also be tilled into dirt stairs and slabs with a hoe, just like normal coarse dirt.
