Upon death, you no longer lose all your items. Instead, keepinventory is automatically turned on and a randomly selected inventory slot of yours is cleared, permanently removing whatever item was there from this world. This mod is great for when you are looking for a happy middleground between keepinventory true and keepinventory false. Make death fun again!
To revert to vanilla, just turn Keepinventory off again. This mod only impacts the game if keepinventory is true.
