This is a pretty small mod that was mod in 15 minutes as a challenge then polished up with around an hour of work. My friend UserOfBricks also participated in this challenge if he uploads his mod I'll link it down below.
The goal of this mod is to add to the "Snowy" theme and I think it does that pretty good.
This mod add 4 new enchantments, 3 new items, and 1 new game mechanic!

Chilled

This mod adds one new game mechanic what I'm calling "Chilled", if you're Chilled you're slowed down massively!
Thankfully there's an enchantment which perfectly counters this!

Enchantments

There are three []'s these indicate what properties the enchant has.
What it can be applied to [Tools], [Golden Leggings], [Etc]
Enchant [E], Curse [C], or Treasure [T]
[III] Level of enchant

[Chestplate] [E] [I] Warming
------------------------------
Warming negates the effects of being Chilled

[Weapons] [E] [I] Snowy Strike

Snowy Strike gives your enemies Slowness III for 5 second when hit
Get rekt creeper

[Boots] [E] [I] Snow Skater
------------------------------
Snow Skater gives you speed when you're on snow related blocks.
I may add more blocks like ice in a later update.

[Shovel] [E] [I] Full Snow

Full Snow makes Snow drop Snow Block effectively giving infinite snow as 3 Snow Blocks give 6 Snow and then the cycle repeats

The Snow Charm freezes enemies in a 6 block radius

Snow Scythe

The Snow Scythe is a end-game weapon requires at least 4 Withers to be killed before making it!
The Snow Scythe has the Snowy Strike enchantment built in meaning it gives Slowness III for 5 seconds whenever you hit a mob
The Snow Scythe can also charge up to preform a special attack the damages and launches all mobs in a 6 block radius!
