Sneak Nether Portals

This is a simple mod adding some QoL upgrades to Nether Portals, which can be seen bellow.

Features:

• Sneak to use Nether Portals; no accidental entering portals, even on creative mode;
• Instant use! After pressing shift, you'll instantly travel to the other side of the portal.
  
  
  Warning: This mod will not work on vanilla servers. To use this mod on servers, the server must have the mod installed.
