while in older versions of minecraft like 1.12.2, SmoothStone does not exist as an item.
It only exists as a Block, so this mod adds a fake SmoothStone item and block that when placed, will update and turn into Vanilla SmoothStone.
this mod can be removed when finished building and WILL NOT ruin vanilla builds that use SmoothStone.
