Simply Warps and Teleports

To create a warp, simply hold it in your hand while in creative and right-click while sneaking in the dimension that you want to create the warp for.

To teleport to your warp point, simply right-click on the warp crystal again. If you are in the correct dimension, the warp crystal will be glowing beforehand and you will be teleported to your warp point. If you are in the wrong dimension, the warp crystal will be pale and you will not be able to teleport.
