SimpleVoteRewards

A pure Forge implementation of a vote system with vote rewards, and a vote party.

Features include:

* Vote party that gives rewards once the configured target is hit

* Vote rewards when a player votes

* Lucky vote rewards to encourage more votes

* Test vote command
