With this mod, the traditional hunger system is done away with - in favor of a sort of stamina bar that you see in lots of other games.
Whilst sprinting, your hunger will drain at a considerable rate, depleting to 3 units (unable to sprint) within a short period. However, it will also regenerate at a fast pace when you aren't sprinting (ie. walking, crouching, standing, etc).
You will regenerate health, but only when your stamina is full - and it won't regenerate as much to compensate for the lack of a need for food. Food is still edible, however. In fact, when eaten, food can rapidly speed up the rate at which stamina regenerates.
This mod also adds a Potion of Adrenaline, which you can make by brewing a Golden Apple onto any amount of Awkward Potions. The Potion of Adrenaline grants infinite sprint for 60 seconds.
