Simple Mail - Server-Side Mail System
A streamlined mail system for Minecraft servers with an intuitive GUI interface for sending items and messages to players.

Commands:
/mail - Opens GUI to view and collect your received mail (available to all players)
/mail <player> - Forces the target player's mail GUI to open (OP only)
/sendmail - Opens player selection GUI to send mail the config files (Supports NBT Data)
/edit_welcomepackage - Edit welcome package items (OP only, supports NBT data)
Configuration Options:
- Allow non-OP players to send mail
- Allow non-OP players to view other players' mail
- Mail expiration days (0 = never expires)
- Max packages per inbox page (up to 45)
- Enable/disable welcome packages
- Customize welcome package sender name
- Enable/disable mail notifications
- Custom notification sound
- Enable/disable login notifications
