Diet tracks 4 categories: sugar, protein, veggietable, and bacteria.
A sugar diet will increase jump and movement speed slightly.
A protein diet adds 1/2 heart to your base damage.
A veggietable diet adds secondary passive regeneration.
Balancing out the first 3 categories will give you all the effects. However, by eating a bit of rotten food, or cheese(new item), you can gain an extra heart.
Bread is a nuetral item which can be eaten 10 times before it changes your diet stats.
