Silent River In The Nether

Description

This mod provides a new fluid tag: silent_rivers.

If you use datapack to add fluids into it, the fluids won't evaporate in the ultrawarm (This is a dimension property. For example, the Nether is ultrawarm) env even if it should (by default).
