This little mod will add an additional button in to your inventory/creative inventory and allow you to toggle between the normal size/shrinking 1 and shrinking 2 effects of the Resizing Potion mod.
Both mods are required to run Shrinking Button (newest version for 1.12.2 and Forge 14.23.5.2795:
