Adds new blocks and items based around item repair and upgrading.
A sharpening stone grindwheel to give weapons sharpness and tools efficiency levels by consuming durability on them. The stone itself breaks overtime from use like the vanilla anvil. Just hold your tools out and click on the sharpeningstone to improve them.
And a repair bench that consumes a repair kit to repair any peice of gear without using experience. The repair kit must be held in your offhand while you click the gear you want to repair onto the table.
Configurability file located in serverconfig folder for your saved world folder. Can change or disable durability drain from the sharpening stone, add new items that can be improved, and change what enchantments and max enchantment level is possible.
