Shade Lore
Shades are lost souls of miners who went to far underground, without light. Their souls get trapped in a living nightmare begging to be free, but they don't think its possible, they try to bring other miners the same fait as them, letting them rot in the darkness as they did.
Shades
HP: 17
Shades are a new ghost like mob that spawn in caves with a light level 6 or under. The main gimmick to these mobs are that they can't be damaged normally. You can't just slash at them until they die.
Abilities
The only way to damage the shade is buy using light sources. These will burn the shades alive until their soul is freed.
They will stop at nothing to bring the darkness to you, if hit, they'll give you the Blindness III effect for 3 seconds.
New Items:
Tattered Cloth:
This is the main drop of the Shade, its useless unless you combine it with 2 more cloths and a diamond, buy doing that you get the Shade Claw
Shade Claw:
The Shade Claw allows you to dash forward quickly buy right clicking it in the air. You can use this item to make quick escapes or dodge attacks. Be wise with it though, it has little durability.
Shade Claw Crafting Recipe
Empty Jar
You can use these jars to capture Shades and trap them by right clicking on them with the jar in your main hand
You can sell these jars to Clerics for 7 emeralds or just keep them. By right clicking you can let the shade free but it will sill be hostile.
