This mod adds a automatic way to turn off the day and time progression on servers, by turning of the gamerule "doDayligthCycle" when no players is online, this makes the server acts more like a single player server in terms of time progression.
this also makes it so you can't "skip the night" by just logging out for 10 minutes.
This mod is pointless in single player, this is only for use in multiplayer servers.
