Allows you to run multiple configurable commands when the last player leaves your server and when your server goes from empty to having players.
This can be used in conjunction with Chunk Pregenerator, for example, to speed up chunk generation when nobody is online, and slow it back down when a player joins.
Commands are set in the config file, each command being its' own line. They are run in sequence (first command in config is run first, then the second, etc.)
