I know there's better options out there but here's this one if you want to give it a try. If you don't like it don't use it
RPG Leveling adds a enchantment based passive leveling system. Featuring 6 different areas to level up just by playing normally. All areas can be leveled up 5 times then its maxed. Each level has a little higher requirement and adds either more enchants or higher level enchantment
The image above as well as what you read should give you a general idea about this mod. As for the key bind its called INFO KEY located in misc.
