Added some commands for RON to regulate the speed of the world or creatures, you can also use this mod on its own.
/rontimer time [number] : Regulate the speed of the entire world, which can be a small number but greater than 0.
/rontimer livingEntityTimer [number] : Regulates the action speed of all creatures, which can be a small number but greater than 0.
There will be more regulatory directives in the future.
