Riot Storage: Tech Reborn - Fabric

Adds Tech Reborn powered storage, larger disks, and a machine themed look to Riot Storage.

Description
Riot Storage: Tech Reborn connects your Riot Storage network to Tech Reborn energy. Add a Network Power Supply to the network and feed it energy to keep storage online. The network uses 10 E per installed disk per tick.

The addon adds three storage disks:

• 1024K — 1,048,576 items
• 5120K — 5,242,880 items
• 10240K — 10,485,760 items

It also adds Tech Reborn based disk recipes, replaces copper with refined iron in supported Riot Storage recipes, and gives Riot Storage blocks, items, and chests a matching Tech Reborn machine palette.

Requirements
Minecraft 26.2, Fabric Loader 0.19.3+, Fabric API, Riot Storage 1.2.2, and Tech Reborn. This addon is built for that exact Riot Storage version, so the version match matters.
